In the Budget Speech of March 30, 2010, the Québec Minister of Finance announced changes to the eligibility rules for the tax credit for multimedia titles and the tax credit for corporations specialized in the production of multimedia titles, both of which can be claimed by qualified corporations.

These changes apply to applications for qualification certificates filed with Investissement Québec (which applies the eligibility rules) after March 30, 2010.
