Revenu Québec has reviewed and simplified its Application for Registration (form LM-1-V), making it easier to complete. It now includes a general information section consisting of three detachable pages.

Businesses and individuals in business previously used separate forms and guides to register for the GST/HST, the QST, source deductions and corporation income tax with Revenu Québec. The new LM 1 V form combines and replaces these forms and guides.
