If you are currently receiving advance payments of the tax credit for home-support services for seniors and have received a notice of renewal (or modification) of the lease, take note of the information below.

To avoid interruption of your advance payments, you must renew your application as soon as possible. To do so, complete form TPZ-1029.MD.7.P-V, Application for Advance Payments Based on Rent and Services Included in Rent: Tax Credit for Home-Support Services for Seniors, and send it to Revenu Québec along with the required documents.
