You can now request NetFile Québec transmission codes in My Account for professional representatives (available in French only). Businesses who are professional representatives can now request transmission codes in two easy steps:

1. register for My Account for professional representatives
2. apply for accreditation

As a preparer, you will be assigned a permanent NetFile Québec transmission code, which means you will no longer have to request a new code every year. The business's accreditation, however, will still have to be renewed every year, which can be done in My Account for professional representatives.

Use My Account for professional representatives anytime to get new NetFile Québec transmission codes or delete unwanted ones.

Reminder

Since authorizations and powers of attorney are now valid indefinitely unless an end date is specified, you no longer have to send a new copy of form MR-69-V, Power of Attorney, Authorization to Communicate Information, or Revocation, every year.
