December 1 – Keep that date in mind when you apply for advance payments!

Are you applying for advance payments of the tax credit for childcare expenses, the work premium or the adapted work premium?

Note that the number of advance payments you receive during the year depends on the date we receive your application. You must file your duly completed application by December 1, 2013, to make sure that you receive 12 instalments in 2014. If we receive your application after that date, the amount to which you are entitled will not be affected, but it will be divided over the number of months remaining in the year after your application has been processed.

Where the tax credit for home-support services for seniors is concerned, you have until December 1, 2013, to apply for advance payments for the 2013 taxation year. If we receive your application after December 1, 2013, you will have to claim the tax credit in your 2013 income tax return instead.
