Éconologis is a seasonal program developed by the Agence de l’efficacité énergétique for low-income households, including those that receive a shelter allowance. The program is intended to help such households reduce their energy consumption, at no cost to participants.

The program consists of two types of services:

• 1: personalized advice, minor caulking and installation of energy-efficient products;
• 2: under certain conditions, free installation of electronic thermostats.
