The Minister of Revenue, Jean-Marc Fournier, announced an important measure this morning in the fight against tax evasion in the restaurant sector. The Minister also announced a pilot project that will involve the testing, in collaboration with the restaurant sector, of a sales recording module to counter tax evasion strategies such as zappers.
