If your employees incurred expenses because of COVID-19-related teleworking in 2020, they may be entitled to a deduction for some of the expenses. However, they need you, as their employer, to complete form TP-64.3-V, General Employment Conditions, and return it to them if they use the detailed method to calculate teleworking-related expenses.
To help you file this form, we have created a new version (2020-10) that requires a minimum of information. In addition, until we specify otherwise, we are allowing you to send form TP-64.3-V to your employees securely and use an electronic signature.
A new online service (in French only) will also be available to help you complete multiple forms at once and save time. We will provide easy-to-follow instructions, and you will only need your email address and a temporary password to use the service. Further information will be provided when the service is available.
