Corporations

Corporations whose fiscal year ended on September 30, 2017, and that would normally have to file their corporation income tax return (CO-17) by March 31, 2018, have until 11:59 p.m. on April 3rd to send us their 2017 income tax return and any required documents.

Partnerships

Partnerships that would normally have to file their Partnership Information Return (TP-600-V) by March 31, 2018, have until 11:59 p.m. on April 3rd to send us their 2017 return.

Trusts

Trusts that would normally have to file their returns by March 31, 2018, have until 11 :59 p.m. on April 3rd to send us their 2017 information return, 2017 income tax return and required documents, and pay any income tax balance owing.
