Updates and Improvements to Telephone Services
Starting October 5, professional representatives will get to use our improved client services. Revenu Québec has updated its interactive voice response service, making it more friendly, efficient and easy to use.
The call reception process has been streamlined, and tax-related calls will now be directly handled by consumption tax, source deductions or corporate income tax specialists.
The main menu has likewise been updated in order to better correspond to the business life cycle instead of the files administered by Revenu Québec. Information capsules pertaining to more general questions have also been added, providing you with the information you need, even after business hours.
These updates and improvements to our telephone system reflect Revenu Québec's desire to offer representatives the best possible service in order to encourage them to meet their tax obligations.
