The Regulation respecting the application of the Public Curator Act provides that fees are to be charged for services rendered in the provisional administration of unclaimed property and liquidation of unclaimed successions. The current fees will be in effect until August 31, 2015.

On September 1, 2015, however, a new regulation—the Regulation respecting the application of the Unclaimed Property Act—will come into effect and will provide for new fees to be charged for such services.
