Most receipt printers (RPs) used in the restaurant sector are thermal printers, which can be connected to a sales recording module (SRM). See SRM-Compatible Printers for a list of all receipt printers compatible with the SRM.

If the printer you want to use is not listed, send it to us so that we can make it SRM compatible. Contact us.

We will then confirm that the printer is SRM compatible and add it to the list of SRM-compatible receipt printers. Each printer will remain on the list as long as it meets our requirements.

To have the receipt printer appear in the SRM printer setup menu, follow the instructions for updating the SRM's software components in one of the French-only guides listed below.
