Registered Charities: Approval

You can obtain approval for your software, which confirms that the software can be used to print the Information Return for Registered Charities and Other Donees (form TP-985.22-V) to be filed by mail or in person at one of our offices.

Approval process

To obtain approval, you must:

  1. register as a partner of Revenu Québec;
  2. access My Account for partners to add resource people and add the products that you intend to develop or adapt;
  3. follow the steps for approval by consulting the guide Requirements for Computer-Generated Forms: Partnerships, Registered Charities and Other Donees (IN-415-V).

Once the test-case results are satisfactory, we add your product to the list of authorized software on our website, and we send you an email confirming that your software meets Revenu Québec's requirements.
