Request for Direct Deposit: Registered Education Savings Plan Trustees

Use this form if you are a registered education savings plan (RESP) trustee, or a mandatary appointed by such a trustee, and you wish to request that the Québec education savings incentive (QESI) be deposited directly into an account held at a financial institution that has an establishment in Canada.
Revenu Québec's language policy requires that French be the language of communication between corporations established in Québec and Revenu Québec.
