Conditions for use	Be registered for My Account Have submitted to us all the returns and reports you were required to file Not have been convicted of an offence under fiscal legislation in the last two years Not currently have a payment agreement in effect with Revenu Québec Not have transferred property, become a bankrupt, or filed a consumer proposal or a proposal in bankruptcy in the last two years
