This guide explains how to complete and file the RL-30 slip respecting subsidized educational childcare.

Given that the additional contribution for educational childcare services was eliminated retroactive to January 1, 2019, the RL-30 slip has been cancelled. As a result, it must not be filed for taxation years after 2018.
