Surveys

In recent years, we have stepped up our focus on support and taxpayers' rights. This has greatly improved satisfaction with our services and reduced the number of complaints received by nearly 50%. In order to build and maintain a positive relationship with you, we aim for 100% satisfaction with our services, which we measure with regular surveys.
