When we call, you will need certain confidential documents (such as the business's last notice of assessment or consumption tax return) to confirm your identity. Also, to view or make changes in the business's file, you need to be an authorized representative or have a valid power of attorney.
Our offices are open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
At our offices, you can:

- drop off documents.
Note that you cannot meet with an agent or request copies of documents.
