To help in the fight against COVID-19, our service centres will remain closed through February 8. 

You can, however, continue to drop documents off in our mail chutes and use our online services in My Account for individuals and My Account for businesses. You can also contact our client services.

Before we access your file, we will check your identity in order to protect your personal information.

Please have the two following documents with you when you call:

  • a letter or email we have recently sent you; and
  • your most recent income tax return or your most recent notice of assessment.

If you do not have these documents, we may not be able to help you.
