We are limiting access to our offices until further notice to help government-wide efforts to prevent the coronavirus from spreading.

We recommend that you use our online services in My Account for individuals or My Account for businesses.

Before accessing your file, we will confirm your identity in order to preserve the confidentiality of the information your file contains.

Please have two of the following documents on hand when you call:

  • your most recent notice of assessment;
  • your most recent notice of determination;
  • your most recent income tax return;
  • any other notice that we recently sent you.

If you do not have the documents on hand, we may not be able to answer your question.

At our office

Only the offices in Laval, Longueuil, Montréal-Est, Montréal-Ouest and Québec City (3800, rue de Marly) are open to taxpayers. Business hours are from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday to Friday. Note that we have indefinitely suspended all individual appointments.

Also, in accordance with a government directive, masks or face coverings will be mandatory in our offices beginning July 18, 2020.

To protect the health and safety of our clients and employees, security personnel will be onsite to manage access and ensure that visitors comply with social distancing and infection control guidelines.
