Our online services (My Account and clicSÉQUR express) collect confidential information that we use to process your file, apply the laws in effect and administer programs.

  • ensure the confidentiality of your information.

We use Google Analytics, which is a Web audience measurement tool.

To collect information concerning your navigation on our website and microsites, Google Analytics uses cookies, which are kept on severs located primarily in the United States. Google may transmit this information to other parties if legally required to do so or if these parties process the data on its behalf. Most of the information we collect is kept on-site at our offices. However, in accordance with the law, we may entrust some information to outside parties.

After confidential information has been used for its intended purpose, it is destroyed, subject to the requirements of the retention schedule approved by Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec and any legal requirements.
