Our online services (My Account and clicSÉQUR express) collect confidential information that we use to process your file, apply the laws in effect and administer programs.

  • ensure the confidentiality of your information.

Cookies and Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, which is a Web audience measurement tool.

To collect information concerning your navigation on our website and microsites, Google Analytics uses cookies, which are kept on severs located primarily in the United States. Google may transmit this information to other parties if legally required to do so or if these parties process the data on its behalf. This information is also shared on the Google Ads and Google Search Console accounts of our website and microsites.

Google Analytics collects information about the Web pages you consult, the date, time, duration and frequency of your visits and the links you click. Google uses the information collected only to produce statistics and reports on navigation on our website and microsites, which enables us to improve our electronic service offer. Google will never relate the information it collects to any other data or information that it stores.

After confidential information has been used for its intended purpose, it is destroyed, subject to the requirements of the retention schedule approved by Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec and any legal requirements.
