Note that all income tax refund cheques will be held until postal service resumes.

Making payments
To ensure that we receive your payments on time, you can make them:
- online, using your financial institution's payment services;
- in person, by bringing your remittance slip to your financial institution; or
- in person, at one of our offices.
Filing a notice of objection
During the Canada Post labour dispute, you can file your notice of objection:
- online in My Account for individuals using the service for submitting documents;
- by fax, at 418 577-5254 or, toll-free, at 1 866 374-7286; or
- by dropping it off at one of our offices.
Claiming a tax credit or sending supporting documents
During the Canada Post labour dispute, you can claim tax credits or submit documents in support of a claim by:
- using the services in My Account for individuals (to find out what services are available for the various credits, click Credits or Programs in the menu);
- dropping your documents off at one of our offices;
- contacting us.

Filing returns
Use My Account for businesses to make sure that we receive your consumption tax returns as well as your source deductions and employer contributions returns on time.
Making payments
To ensure that we receive your payments on time, you can make them:
- online, using your financial institution's payment services;
- in person, by bringing your remittance slip to your financial institution; or
- in person, at one of our offices.
Getting refunds
All cheques will be held until postal service resumes. Register for direct deposit to have us deposit the amounts you are entitled to directly into your bank account.
During the Canada Post labour dispute, you can register for direct deposit:
- in My Account for businesses or My Account for professional representatives; or
- by faxing form LM-2-V, Request for Direct Deposit: Individuals in Business, Partnerships, Corporations and Other Legal Entities, with a voided cheque, to 1 833 632-0097 or to 418 577-5323.

Filing a notice of objection
During the Canada Post labour dispute, you can file your notice of objection:

Interacting with us if your business is being audited
If your business is being audited, all written communication between us will be done online. Auditors will ask businesses to use the Sending Documents service in the Communications Centre of My Account for businesses and My Account for professional representatives.
