Changing Information Related to a Money-Services Business Licence
If you need to make changes to information previously provided for a money-services business (MSB) licence, you have to complete form SM-25-V, Money-Services Business: Application to Change Licence Information.

The MSB is required to notify us of any change to the information it provided. The table below gives the deadlines for notifying us.

List of the MSB's employees who work in Québec and whose duties are unrelated to the offer of money services | March 31 of the year following the year in which the change(s) occurred |
Cessation of the MSB's activities | 15 days before the date on which the MSB expects to cease activities |

We will review the requested changes on receipt of form SM-25-V and all required documents.
If your form is incomplete or a document is missing, we will send you a letter about the missing information or documents.
When we have all the required information and documents, we will make the requested changes.
