You must use a receipt printer that is compatible with the sales recording module (SRM) to print bills with the required footer and information.

Most thermal printers currently used in the restaurant sector are SRM-compatible. However, receipt printers integrated into cash registers cannot be used to print bills that must be produced using an SRS before being given to clients.

Contact your installer to:

• request that the receipt printer model you use be included in the list;
• have a receipt printer show up in your SRM's “Imprimante” (printer) menu; or 
• obtain information about configuring your receipt printer.
