If you operate a bar, you have additional obligations. For more information, click Additional Obligations of Bar Operators.

The mandatory billing measures also apply to any person that, in an operator's bar, at its entrance or near the establishment, ordinarily sells, under a contract entered into with the operator of the establishment or with a person related to the operator, property or services intended primarily for clients of the bar. For more information, click Obligations of Persons That Make Supplies in Bars.

Note

A public service body that is a small supplier and operates a small restaurant establishment is not subject to the mandatory billing measures.
