You can use a sales recording system (SRS) to produce documents that help you manage your taxi business. The documents feature a footer containing a QR code and can be kept or reproduced as needed.

If you reproduce a bill for internal management purposes, it must contain the following notes in the footer above the QR code:

• “*** COPIE DU COMMERÇANT ***” (merchant's copy) and “NE PAS REMETTRE AU CLIENT” (do not give to customer), for a document used by the operator;
•  “*** DOCUMENT DE FORMATION ***” (training document) and “NE PAS REMETTRE AU CLIENT” (do not give to customer), for a training document related to a mock remunerated passenger transportation service.
