Electronic or Paper Bill
Under the mandatory billing measures, you can provide an electronic bill or a paper bill, or both at the same time.
A customer can require a paper bill, unless the service terms and conditions provide that only an electronic bill will be given (such as when a trip is booked through an electronic platform only or when the taxi business and customer have a contract). In this case, you can refuse to provide a paper bill.
In all other cases, the customer can require a paper bill, and you must be able to produce one.
