Political Activities (Lines 58 to 59.1)

In Part 4 of the Information Return for Registered Charities and Other Donees (form TP-985.22-V), you must:

state whether the organization was involved in political activities (line 58);
enter the total amount the organization spent on political activities (line 58.1);
state whether the organization made gifts to qualified donees that will likely be used to support their political activities (line 59); and
enter the total amount of such gifts (line 59.1).
