Purpose of the service To order most Revenu Québec paper forms and publications online (Certain documents are only available in English as courtesy translations. These documents are not for official use. See the notice at the bottom of this page regarding courtesy translations.)
Available forms and publications Consult the list of forms and publications available for order.
Delivery time If we have the document in stock, your order will be processed within 10 working days and mailed to you.
Note
If you need the document immediately, we invite you to consult the publications and forms available on our website. You can print all of the documents and complete most of the forms directly onscreen.

Important Notice
Forms and publications with a number that ends with "-T" are courtesy translations intended for information purposes only. The French version of these documents must be filed.
To order the official French version of a publication or form, you have to use the online service Commande de publications et de formulaires (French only).
Documents in French are also available in the Formulaires and Publications sections of our website.
