The amount obtained is an estimate only, not the actual amount of advance payments.
To find out the actual amount of the advance payments a senior may be entitled to receive, the senior must send us a completed copy of form TPZ-1029.MD.7-V, Application for Advance Payments Based on Rent and Services Included in Rent: Tax Credit for Home-Support Services for Seniors.
