Use the View Tax Information and Accounting Entries online service to view statements of account as well as to get information on forms, returns, remittances, payments, refunds and rebates.
Form and Returns
In this section, you will find:
- a list of forms and returns to be filed, including late forms and returns
- the processing status of filed forms and returns
- the assessments calculated further to an audit or to the annual reconciliation of the Summary of Source Deductions and Employer Contributions (RLZ-1.S-V)
- the remittance frequency for source deductions and employer contributions, the Québec sales tax, the fuel tax, and the tobacco tax
- the particulars of certain forms and returns, such as those for the Quebec sales tax, source deductions and employer contributions, and the corporation income tax
- the end date of the fiscal year for the purposes of the Québec sales tax, as well as any changes made to the tax file
- the breakdown of the calculation of interest shown on the notice of assessment issued further to the filing of a corporation income tax return
Remittances and Payments
In this section, you will find:
- a list of the remittances and payments you made to Revenu Québec (shown by date and by calendar year)
- the particulars of the allocation of remittances and payments (for example, the periods and accounts to which a remittance or payment was applied)
Refunds and Rebates
In this section, you will find:
- the processing status of your refunds and rebates
- information about how Revenu Québec applied a credit to which the business was entitled (either as a refund or rebate, or an allocation)
Statement of Account
In this section, you will find:
- a comprehensive statement of account that shows the balances of the debits and credits for your entire tax file, and that can be used to facilitate the reconciliation of amounts
- the statement of account for each file that shows the allocation of the balances by calendar year or by fiscal period
- a statement of account by reporting period that shows the transactions calculated for each period
- the breakdown of the calculation of interest shown on the notice of assessment issued further to the filing of a corporation income tax return, the allocation of a remittance or payment, and the particulars of your refunds and rebates
