| Conditions for use

You can claim the solidarity tax credit online for a period beginning in July of one year and ending in June of the following year if:
- you were resident in Québec on December 31 of the year preceding the period for which you are claiming the credit
- you filed your income tax return for the taxation year preceding the period
- neither you nor your spouse have claimed the solidarity tax credit in your income tax return for the taxation year preceding the period
