Tuition Fees Flying Lessons

This form is to be completed by any educational institution that is recognized by the Minister of Revenue and is required to certify that any tuition fees for flying lessons, given at a flight training school or club, have been paid with regard to a student enrolled in such courses for professional purposes, that is, for the purpose of acquiring or improving skills needed for his or her work.
