The purpose of this guide is to help you file the RL-4 slip, on which property taxes are reported, and the RL-4 summary.

Please note that 2010 is the last year for which you must file the RL-4 slip and the RL-4 summary. Since July 1, 2011, the property tax refund has been replaced by the solidarity tax credit, which does not require owners to issue RL-4 slips.
