Tax Credit for Pre-Competitive Research

This form is for use by a taxpayer that carries on a business in Canada and that wishes to claim the tax credit for qualified expenditures made by the taxpayer (or by a partnership of which the taxpayer is a member), further to a contract with a person or partnership whereby the parties agree to undertake, or to cause to be undertaken on their behalf, scientific research and experimental development as part of a pre-competitive research project.

Revenu Québec’s language policy requires that French be the language of communication between corporations established in Québec and Revenu Québec.
