This form is to be used by an individual in business, a partnership, a business corporation (also referred to as a “company,” “body corporate” or “legal person”), an association, a cooperative, an organization or any other entity that wishes to register with Revenu Québec for the GST/HST, the QST, source deductions or corporation income tax.
