Return to Be Completed by Persons Who Bring Gasoline into the Area of Jurisdiction of the Agence Métropolitaine de Transport
CA-17.1-V

This form must be completed by persons who bring gasoline (or cause gasoline to be brought) into the area of jurisdiction of the Agence métropolitaine de transport (AMT) for their own consumption or use or, at their expense, for another person's consumption or use. It does not cover gasoline to be used for supplying an aircraft engine or gasoline contained in a fuel tank installed as standard equipment to supply the engine of a motor vehicle or a vessel.
