Making a Payment by Mail

To make a payment by mail, send us a cheque or money order payable to the Minister of Revenue of Québec, along with the remittance slip we sent you. Send everything to the address shown on the remittance slip or the return envelope enclosed with it. 

  • The payment date is the date on which we receive the payment. However, if you send us a postdated cheque, we consider the date on the cheque to be the payment date. 
  • If you did not receive or you lost a remittance slip, contact us or use the Ordering Forms and Publications online service to order a slip. If you are making a payment for a business, you can also use the Make a Payment in a File service in My Account for businesses to print a remittance slip.
