Online payment

  • An Online Payment service provides access to the online payment service offered by your financial institution to make your payments and remit to Revenu Québec all source deductions, employer contributions and, if necessary, compensation taxes. Contact your financial institution to find out about this service.  
  • A second Online Payment service allows you to remit source deductions, employer contributions and, if applicable, compensation tax directly to Revenu Québec
  • If you are registered for Clic Revenu, you can use the Preauthorized Debit service to remit source deductions, employer contributions and, if applicable, compensation tax on the date of your choice (payments may be postdated).

Remittance by mail or at your financial institution

Remittance of Source Deductions and Employer Contributions (forms TPZ-1015.R.14.1-V, TPZ-1015.R.14.2-V, TPZ-1015.R.14.3-V or TPZ-1015.R.14.4-V, as applicable).

If you do not have the form, please send us, along with your remittance, a letter indicating

  • your name and address
  • your identification number, if you have one
  • your Québec enterprise number (NEQ), if you have one
  • the period covered by your remittance
  • the amount of your income tax withholdings 
  • the amount of your QPP contributions and QPIP premiums
  • the amount of your contribution to the health services fund
  • the amount of your compensation tax, where applicable
  • the amount of your CSST payment, where applicable

If you make your remittance by cheque or money order, make the cheque or money order payable to the Minister of Revenue of Québec.

Payment at an ABM

If you use an automated banking machine (ABM) to make your remittance, you must insert a duly completed copy of the Remittance of Source Deductions and Employer Contributions slip (form TPZ-1015.R.14.1-V, TPZ-1015.R.14.2-V, TPZ-1015.R.14.3-V or TPZ-1015.R.14.4-V, as applicable) in the envelope provided by your financial institution.

Note
The effective date of any ABM remittance is the date the transaction is carried out at the ABM.
