Filing Methods – Registered Charities and Other Donees

The Information Return for Registered Charities and Other Donees (TP-985.22-V) is a form prescribed by the President and Chief Executive Officer of Revenu Québec. The form may be filed on paper or electronically. To file the form electronically, you must obtain from a software developer a software program that has been authorized by Revenu Québec.

Note

It is the user's responsibility to find out from the software developer what restrictions there are, if any, on the software.

Software developers

Developers who provide software to produce computer-generated forms must meet the requirements described in the guide Information for Software Users (IN-413.A-V) in order for Revenu Québec to assign them an authorization number.

Dynamic PDF version

You may also use the dynamic PDF version of the form to file the information return. Complete the form onscreen on our website and print it out. You cannot file the dynamic PDF vesion online.
