Has your or your ex-spouse's financial situation changed and you therefore wish to have the amount of support changed?

We cannot modify the terms of a court judgment. If you wish the terms of your judgment to be changed, you or your ex-spouse must apply to the court.

Thus, should your or your ex-spouse's income change, either you or your ex-spouse must apply to the court to have your support payment obligations changed or cancelled. Once we receive the new judgment, we will make any necessary changes to your file.
