Adapted Work Premium
If you or your spouse has a severely limited capacity for employment, you may be entitled to the adapted work premium.
You may claim this tax credit
in Schedule P of your income tax return.
The amount of the adapted work premium is calculated taking into account:
- the income of the worker and his or her spouse, where applicable
- the family situation
