Eligibility Requirements

You may be entitled to a refundable tax credit for expenses related to homesupport services if you meet both of the following conditions:

• You were resident in Québec on December 31, 2011.
• You were at least 70 years of age in 2011.

If you reached the age of 70 in 2011, you can claim the tax credit only for the expenses incurred from the time you turned 70.
