You must enclose with your income tax return (TP-1-V) your financial statements or form TP-80-V, Business or Professional Income and Expenses.

Based on your business activities, you may also be subject to certain other requirements such as those for businesses, agents and employers:

• registering for Revenu Québec files when starting a business
• collecting and reporting taxes
• calculating and remitting to us source deductions from your employees’ pay
• calculating and remitting to us your employer contributions
