Problems Obtaining an Attestation de Revenu Québec?

Before requesting an Attestation de Revenu Québec, make sure that the business is registered for My Account for businesses (formerly known as Clic Revenu). If it is not, go to the Entreprises Québec website to register the business for clicSÉQUR – Entreprises, the Québec government's authentication service. Doing so will allow you to access both My Account for businesses (formerly known as Clic Revenu) and the Request an Attestation de Revenu Québec online service (available in French only).

If you are in any of the following situations, call us at one of the numbers given on the Technical Support page:

  • You need information about My Account.
  • You are experiencing technical problems trying to register for clicSÉQUR – Entreprises.
  • You are experiencing technical problems trying to use the Request an Attestation de Revenu Québec online service.

If you are in either of the following situations, call us at one of the numbers given on the General Information – Businesses page:

  • You need information on how the Attestation de Revenu Québec is issued.
  • Your business needs an Attestation de Revenu Québec quickly, but its clicSÉQUR – Entreprises user code (required to access My Account) has yet to be activated.
