Using our site
Our site is designed to comply with Web accessibility standards. Although it can generally be accessed by all recent browsers, presentation may vary.
To use all the features on this site, you must:
- enable JavaScript
- accept session cookies
- have software such as Adobe Reader for reading PDF files
- Note
- If you use dynamic PDF forms, make sure your PDF reader can execute JavaScript.
Using our electronic services
Our goal is to adapt our electronic services to each individual's technological environment – different screen resolutions, browsers and platforms (PC, Mac, etc.). However, some of our computer systems may not yet support all environments.
To use our electronic services, you must:

- have Adobe Reader 6.1 or later
