Appeal

If you are dissatisfied with the decision of Revenu Québec regarding a notice of objection and wish to pursue the matter, you may appeal to the Court of Québec (Civil Division).

In certain cases you may also file a summary appeal with the Small Claims Division of the Court of Québec.
